A 'grade A' student, her natural aptitude for facilitating the most healing treatments, has developed over the years into a truly unique philosophy and approach.

Having faced and conquered a personal journey she believes implicitly in our interconnectedness and the need for a fully holistic approach - knowing how the mental wellbeing, emotional balance and spiritual underpinning are integral to an optimum physical treatment.

Right down to the very products You... spa's use, Sarah sourced and researched the most organic, natural and transformative ranges available, as well as being mindful of ethical and fair trade practices. Her Wild Earth Himalyan Nepal range is something close to her heart and the benefit of You... spa clients.

All sources are made in Nepal through a system of empowering disadvantaged women highlights the philosophy that prides itself of being more than a spa and offering more than regular treatments. 'our soul purpose is you'.
